I am the proud owner of Hendrix, an Hungarian Puli. Hendrix has been tricky with other dogs when on the lead. Since he was a puppy, he is now 3 and a half. He would growl aggressively at other dogs and lunge towards them. I enlisted the help of Sheila the owner of Nanny McWalkies. Over the last 18 months, Nanny McWalkies has looked after Coco from when she has been only a few months old. Now that Coco is 18 months old she has been cared for like a family member, Sheila and Diane have been wonderful and without their help we would not be able to cope as our lifestyles are very hectic with travel outside of the U.K. So much so the last minute requests are always accepted. We are very grateful to have had Nanny McWalkies recommended to us and I can only commend their services to any other dog-owner. Alfie has been walking with Nanny McWalkies for over a year now and its clear he (Alfie our dog) loves the walks, the care, the friendship and the fun that he gets with Sheila and Diane. Sheila has been walking my Tibetan Terrier, Maddie, ever since I got her and to be honest, I don’t know what I’d do without her!
I travel for work and often have very little notice before I have to go away but Sheila always manages to find a way to fit in with my arrangements. I would never dream of using kennels for Maddie, as she needs to be around people most of the time (she loves her cuddles!) so it was such a relief to find out that Sheila could look after Maddie in her own home.
Now, whenever I have to go away, I don’t worry at all about leaving Maddie. She absolutely loves Sheila and the other regular dogs Nanny McWalkies look after, particularly Sheila’s own dog Benson (they’re a very cute couple!) As soon as Sheila knocks on the door, Maddie is there like a shot and doesn’t even give me a second look as she bounds out the door with her, which makes for a very happy owner!
Sheila takes great care of Maddie whenever she has her and sends updates and photos of her when I’m away so I can see what she’s up to.

Sheila and Diane have walked my Parson’s Terrier Pip since he was 6 months old, I have found them totally reliable, flexible and trustworthy.
